Our take

Miro is fantastic for workshops and brainstorming, but it is not a process tool. We see teams use Miro to capture initial ideas in a workshop, then move to a proper BPMN tool for the actual modeling. Trying to do serious process work in Miro leads to messy boards that nobody maintains.
